Inspiware.com’s Budget Template helps you get a grasp of your family or personal finances.  It is a simple worksheet with fields to enter income, savings, and expenses. Once you enter this data, the spreadsheet calculates the year to date and the averages.

To create a family budget, you will need your paystubs, any other income receipts, your monthly savings, and expenses – both fixed and variable as well as discretionary and non-discretionary.

Also, the budget template provides some charts to view your income, expense and savings profile.  Please feel free to modify the model to your own needs.
