One of the challenges in modern work life is we plan and train for the average and the ordinary. When life throws curve balls, we struggle and fail to adapt.  When the going gets tough, that is the time to will ourselves to victory throwing aside the straight line rulebook.   When the inevitable storms and tempests come will we wilt and wail or strive and succeed?
